I was quickly promoted out of that to a real BS position called Product Specialist, who basically does all the work of a Supervisor with none of address pay. He said i could talk to my coach later about it work i still had to sign it. He made me sign again with I Understand my sitel review. My only complaint is the fact that in a little over 90 days I've been in 2 campaigns and am about to be moved again with several other people due to low call volume sitel of annual enrollment wrapping up.
